All of our instructors are Martial Artists as well with years of training under their belts. We incorporate self defense techniques into our bag work & are always here to answer any specific/situational questions to ensure you feel safe and able to protect yourself!
Combat Kickboxing is for those looking to get into the MMA world, and possibly compete in tournaments & fights. We train Kickboxing, Sanshao, and Jiu Jitsu. We welcome beginners & open minded fighters with experience as well.
Gloves will be on & you will be given and shown a combination to do on the heavy bags for 3 minutes. 1min 30sec with the right foot forward & 1min 30sec with the left foot forward.
Exercise rounds, during these rounds you'll be given 3 exercises to do for 1min each
SPEED ROUND - gloves will be on, this changes class to class but this is the final round where you really push yourself and give everything you have!
Every class we end with some core workouts to target the tummy area and build your core strength.
